CONSTRUCTION
We offer design and build packages for all your hassle-free construction. Our contracts includes the following:

Complete set of Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Sanitary plans. All signed and sealed.

Application and processing of Building permit to Occupancy permit.

Application and processing of Power and Water connections (all fees included except for meter deposits).

Complete supply of all Structural/Civil works materials.

Complete supply of all Architectural and finishing materials.

Complete supply of all Plumbing materials and Fixtures.

Complete supply of all Electrical materials, lighting fixtures and devices.

Complete supply of windows and doors.
DESIGN
If the location of the project is not feasible for us to work on, we also offer our Design only Package. Inclusions are:

7 Sets of Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Sanitary blueprint plans all signed and sealed.

4- 3d Perspectives shots/images.

Bill of materials.

Material specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Please prepare the following initial requirements for us to start with the planning and estimate:

1. Lot plan or technical description of the lot (can be found in your Lot title).
2. Deed of Restriction (if located inside a subdivision).
3. Location of the property and nearest landmark.
4. Room requirement (No. of bedrooms, bathrooms, car garage, etc.).
5. Target budget.
